Exchange and Returns

At Nomadic State of Mind South Africa, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. That's why we have a hassle-free return policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery for a refund, swap or credit.

To return an item you must: Email hello@nomadicstateofmind.co.za within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Return/Exchange the item (at your expense ) within 7 days of the date you received, in the same condition as it arrived e.g. unworn, and with the original tags. If your purchase isn’t quite right, you may return it for a refund, swap or credit. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition or if it has been damaged due to improper handling.

Note: This is not applicable to sale items.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the process.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued in the original form of payment.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and send it back to your designated address at your own expense.
