If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery for a refund, swap or credit.

To return an item you must: Email hello@nomadicstateofmind.co.za within 48 hours of receiving the item. Make sure to include all the information, such as the order number and the reason for the return. Once the exchange is accepted and the return collection is scheduled, carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label that will be provided by email . Place the package in its shipping box with all labels intact.

Seriously.. would we make them if they weren't? We use the softest polypro rope for that purpose. We use the best quality rope, we have our rope made to our specs.

Sandals run true to size, However if you are a half size we recommend ordering the next size up. (ie. if you usually wear a 6.5, and sometimes a 7, then order a 7, but if you wear a 6.5 but sometimes wear a 6 then order the 6)

You will be satisfied with whatever style you pick, all sandals are adjustable except the Full Nelson and any Slip on style. If you just can't decide, start with the JC.

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to hello@nomadicstateofmind.co.za and we will contact the shipping company.

Really, any where you'd like. Beach, city, day, night, mall, coffee shop, anywhere you feel like standing out. Our sandals have been seen on boat decks, in rafts and kayaks, on the beach, at the mall, around the house, at the pool, on some stages...

Just pop them in the washing machine. The sandals may be washed and dried along with your regular wash. They are bleach, chlorine, and salt water resistant (not proof). This means they get wet, but they will dry. If they get smelly after they get wet from the beach or rain, it is recommended to wash them in the washing machine. Bleach will not hurt sandals of any color.
